Homely

A centralized property management platform designed to simplify operational workflows and provide a single place to manage properties, tenants and related data — built for Casa Analco and published as Homely.

Running a student house means rooms, people, contracts and monthly payments have to stay in sync. Without a dedicated product, that work splits across messages, sheets and memory.

Treat Homely as operations software, not a marketing site. The admin is built in Laravel and Filament so the people who run the house can work in Spanish, on a dense but readable surface, with MySQL holding the records.

An authenticated Homely workspace is live in production. The public face is a login — email, password, password recovery — and a tenant guide. Behind that sits the CRM/ERP for the facility.

Casa Analco has a named product in production at myhomely.life, with a real login and tenant-facing guide rather than a discarded prototype.
