Overview
Aurea Residencial is a property landing built to feel like a designed object: contemporary architecture, editorial type, and motion that follows the scroll.
The problem
Housing marketing often looks like a grid of listings. This piece needed atmosphere first — a reason to stay on the page before a form.
The approach
Pair Instrument Serif with a quiet sans, then drive the page with Lenis and GSAP so scroll is one instrument. Forms are typed (React Hook Form, Zod) rather than a decorative afterthought.
The solution
A full-width residential landing with routing, inquiry form, and cinematic pacing — published as a live frontend for a collection-homes narrative.
